After the disinfection and flushing process is completed, the bucket is automatically lowered to the filling position of the bottled water. Once the five gallon bottled water filling machine detects the empty bucket in place signal, the filling valve automatically moves downward. During the movement, it first comes into close contact with the bucket mouth, slowly opens the filling valve mouth, and starts filling. Once filled, it automatically refluxes. After reaching the set filling time, the filling valve immediately moves upward, automatically closes the valve, and ends filling. After the filling is completed, immediately enter the capping process. The capping machine is located at the top of the five gallon bucket water filling machine and can be manually capped. Manufacturers with high automation requirements can also equip an automatic capping machine. When the lid inside the capping machine is full, it automatically stops capping. When the lid is missing, the capping device is started. After the capping machine is straightened out, it enters the chute. The filled large bucket water moves forward through the conveyor chain and automatically hangs the lid at the lid chute mouth. Then it enters the capping machine device to firmly press the lid onto the bucket mouth.
